I have always had a passion for food and having trained as a chef I have a good understanding of what constitutes a healthy diet, however, I am a firm advocate of moderation and have always enjoyed a treat or two! In order to sustain a healthy lifestyle and to build a strong healthy body I believe it is essential to make the right lifestyle choices this includes marrying high quality eating and regular positive exercise experiences which not only support your physical development but also enhance your emotional well being.
Here at MGHourglass we believe that the only way to achieve lasting changes to your body and mind is to gain real motivation and enjoyment from your fitness experience. This is what makes MGHourglass PT different from the rest. Classes delivered by real women for real women. I have been an advanced personal trainer for 2 years and prior to this for 14yrs delivered physical education programs for children aged 3-19 years.
I am also a qualified nutritionist and can provide advice and guidance to improve eating habits.
SESSIONS & TIMES TO SUIT
At MG HOURGLASS TRAINING PT we make it easy for you to book into one of our sessions.

Step 2. You will be taken to our booking system, if it is your first time booking you will need to register again in the booking system. You can use the same username and password to register.
Step 3. Book your class. Please not if this is your first time at MG Hourglass PT you must complete the medical form on arrival. You will receive an email confirming your session booking.
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
At MGHourglass PT we focus on reshaping and toning each and every body type to create a healthy strong sexy hourglass figure. Our programme provides an effective, fun fitness class for all levels of fitness and abilities in a high intense workout focusing on building round firm gluteus, lean and toned arms and legs and a narrow waist line, A body to die for!
The 45 minute workout consists of 1 minute stations, concentrating on cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, stamina, core strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, co-ordination and accuracy.
At Hourglass we promote a healthy long term lifestyle change, nutrition advice, steering clear of crash fad diets, liquids replacing meals, promoting healthy homemade eating not just for our clients but for their families too. we encourage our clients to share their stories of struggles and success and focus on empowering and supporting each other. Most importantly building self esteem and confidence in a happy environment with like-minded-women.
